1. What is worth buying on SNKRDUNK? Cards, sneakers and streetwear
SNKRDUNK focuses on three main categories: trading cards, sneakers and streetwear. Every item has its own page listing the lowest price for each size and condition along with past transaction prices, so you can check the market before you buy. Popular categories include:
Pokémon cards (Japanese edition)

2. What is SNKRDUNK? An “authenticate first, ship second” marketplace
SNKRDUNK (known in Japanese as “スニダン”) is a Japanese marketplace for sneakers, streetwear and trading cards. Individual and business sellers list items for buyers to purchase, and new and used items are sold side by side.
The biggest difference from an ordinary secondhand platform is that sellers do not ship directly to buyers. Once an item is sold, it first goes to SNKRDUNK BASE, SNKRDUNK’s logistics centre in Toyosu, Tokyo, where the platform’s authenticators check that it is genuine and inspect its condition. Only items that meet the standard are shipped. SNKRDUNK says every item sold goes through this authentication process.
For buyers after high-value sneakers or rare cards, this adds a platform authentication step on top of checking seller ratings and studying real photos on an auction site.

4. Before you order: Japanese-site links, sizes and item condition
① Submit a SNKRDUNK Japanese-site link
For now, proxy orders only accept item links from SNKRDUNK’s Japanese site, meaning pages at “snkrdunk.com/…”. Links from the international site (with “/en/” in the address) are not supported yet. If you found an item on the international site, search for the same item name on the Japanese site and copy the Japanese-site item link.
② Sizes are in centimetres, and each size has its own price
SNKRDUNK lists sneaker sizes in centimetres (cm), such as 26.5cm or 27cm, rather than US or UK sizes. Each size is priced separately, so before you submit your order, make sure you have picked the right size and check it against the brand’s official size chart.
③ Know the difference between new and used, and check the condition grade
The same item page often has both new (新品) and used (中古) listings. Used items are graded A+, A, B, C, D and E by condition, and prices can vary widely between grades. The “売買履歴” (transaction history) on the page also shows past sale prices, which helps you judge whether the current price is reasonable.
④ Check the Japan warehouse’s prohibited items before you order
Besides cards, sneakers and clothing, SNKRDUNK also sells game consoles, watches and other categories, and some of these may not be able to ship from the Japan warehouse. For example, the Japan warehouse does not accept Nintendo hardware. Before you submit an order, please check the Buy&Ship prohibited items list.
5. SNKRDUNK proxy shopping shipping fees: from S$9 for the first pound
SNKRDUNK proxy items are shipped to Singapore from the Buy&Ship Japan warehouse, and the shipping fee is based on actual weight (except for shipments that exceed warehouse size limits; see the pricing page for details). Singapore offers two home delivery options:

The Japanese site is in Japanese, priced in yen and aimed at buyers in Japan. Buy&Ship proxy shopping handles items from the Japanese site, so please use a Japanese-site link when you submit an order.
How are SNKRDUNK proxy shopping costs calculated?
A: Your proxy order amount includes the item price, any platform-related fees and the proxy service fee. The final amount is shown on the page when you submit your order. Once your item arrives, you pay the shipping fee based on actual weight (see the shipping fees above).
Can SNKRDUNK items be returned?
A: SNKRDUNK is a secondhand marketplace, so items cannot be returned once purchased. If there is a problem with the item you receive, Buy&Ship will help you communicate with SNKRDUNK. Please check the condition grade, size and transaction history carefully before you submit your order.

7. How to buy from SNKRDUNK: proxy shopping to Singapore, step by step (website)
Seven steps take you through your first SNKRDUNK proxy order.
Step 1
Go to the Buy&Ship website and click “Sign Up” in the top right to register as a member.
Step 2
Go to the Proxy Shopping page, then click “Order Now” to create a proxy order.
Step 3
Copy the item page link from the SNKRDUNK Japanese site, paste it into the proxy order box, then click “Submit Proxy Request”.
Please use a Japanese-site link (snkrdunk.com/…). Links from the international site (with “/en/”) are not supported yet.
Step 4
The system fills in the item page URL, item name and image automatically. Check the unit price (in yen) and quantity against the SNKRDUNK page, then continue to the next step.
Step 5
If the item comes in different sizes or conditions, enter the size exactly as shown on the SNKRDUNK page (for example, 27cm) in the size field, note whether you want a new or used item and its grade in the additional information field, then save.
Each SNKRDUNK proxy order can contain one item only. To buy several items, please create a separate order for each. Once everything is correct, continue.
Step 6
On the confirmation page, enter promo code, apply it, check the fee breakdown, then continue to place your order. Once your order is confirmed, you can pay.
Step 7
