Regarding the middle part, the metal on one of the joints comes off (I believe it can be easily fixed with glue or something similar). The decorative vine on the opposite side is slightly frayed (this can also be fixed with glue, etc.). Images 9, 11, 12... It seems to be played by inserting the mouthpiece here, not by holding it. I am a string instrument person, and since the mouthpiece is missing, I cannot play it. Therefore, I don't know the quality of the tone.
