Terms & Conditions
ELIGIBILITY
1) The Buyandship Modestly Chic Contest (“the Contest”) is open to all Singapore residents over the age of 16, except employees and immediate family members of Buyandship Singapore(“the Organiser”).
2) The Contest will run from 5 – 19 June 2019 (“the Contest Period”).
3) Submissions outside of the designated dates and not adhering to the theme will not be counted and nullified.
PARTICIPATION
4) Each contestant who likes our Buyandship Singapore Facebook page and is signed up to Buyandship’s service will be eligible to be a winner.
5) Winners will be determined by total likes/reactions received on their entry.
6) Each submission must be accompanied by product(s) purchased using Buyandship’s services. The Organiser reserves the right to ask for proof of transaction/purchase.
7) The Organiser shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in transmission of the contest entry which may result in the entry being omitted from the selection process.
8) The Organiser has the absolute discretion to reject or disqualify an entry without giving any reason whatsoever to any participants or any other party.
9) Participants may enter using Instagram or Facebook, but may only use one account for each social media platform.
PRIZES
10) Three (3) winners may win up to 15 Buyandship credits.
11) The winners will be notified through our Facebook page or email registered with Buyandship.
ADDITIONAL
12) The Organiser reserves the right to change, cancel, terminate and/or suspend this Contest, without the need to provide any prior notice.
13) By participating in this Contest, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, and all decisions by the organiser are final and binding. The Organiser reserves the right to change, amend, add or delete any of these Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time and participants shall be bound by such changes.
