1. Event Period: 15 October 2026, 00:00 to 15 November 2026, 23:59 (based on system order timestamp).
2. Eligible Order Definition: Each order must have a paid amount of S$50 or above, with the status marked as "Completed". Orders that are submitted but incomplete, canceled, returned, or refunded will not count towards the total order count.
3. Order Completion Cut-off: Orders must be completed on or before 15 November 2026, 23:59. Orders submitted before 15 November but completed after 16 November, 00:00 will not be counted.
4. Eligible Regions: Proxy shopping orders from Japan, USA, South Korea, Canada, and UK are eligible.
5. Excluded Platforms (Order Accumulation): Proxy shopping orders from Japan Mercari (メルカリ), JDirectitems Auction (Yahoo! Auction), and eBay are strictly excluded from order count accumulation.
6. Reward Calculation (Non-stackable): Rewards cannot be combined or accumulated. Upon campaign completion, rewards will automatically be calculated and issued based on the highest tier achieved. For example, a member completing 5 orders will receive Tier 3 rewards only, and will not qualify for Tier 1 or Tier 2 rewards. Limit one reward per member.
7. Reward Issuance: Eligible reward coupons will be credited to qualified members' "Coupon Center" on or before 23 November 2026.
8. Reward Usage Restrictions & Validity:
- Validity: Valid from 25 November 2026, 00:00 to 4 December 2026, 23:59 (Black Friday promotion). Unused coupons will expire with no reissue or compensation.
- Excluded Platforms: Rebate coupons issued under this campaign are not applicable to proxy shopping orders from Japan Mercari (メルカリ), JDirectitems Auction (Yahoo! Auction), and eBay.
