Polaroid has launched its first Pokémon collaboration for the franchise’s 30th anniversary: Pikachu and Sylveon editions of the Go Gen 3, and a Poké Ball edition of the Now Gen 3. Prices on Polaroid’s US site start at US$99.99, and the range went on general sale on 5 October.
All three cameras sold out soon after release, and Polaroid’s US site does not ship to Singapore. The most direct way to get one is through Buy&Ship proxy shopping, which can order a new, in-hand unit on US eBay. Readers who already shop overseas can also check out themselves, send the parcel to our US warehouse and have it forwarded.

How to buy the Polaroid × Pokémon cameras in Singapore: eBay proxy shopping is the most direct route
According to Polaroid’s release information, the series is sold through Polaroid’s own site and Pokémon Center in the US, UK and Canada, among other channels. Singapore is not one of the release markets, and Polaroid’s Singapore site lists all nine items as “Unavailable in your country”. Polaroid’s US site sells the range but ships only to US addresses, and as of 13 October 2026 all three cameras, the strap, the camera case and the Pikachu film were sold out.
With the official store out of stock, US eBay has the most supply, as many US buyers resold their units soon after launch. The catch is that many US sellers ship only within the US, and some do not accept overseas cards. Buy&Ship is an official eBay partner: send us the link to a “Buy It Now” listing, confirm the quote and pay, and we place the order and ship it from our US warehouse to Singapore.

If you already have an eBay account, you can also buy or bid yourself, use your Buy&Ship US warehouse address at checkout, and have the parcel forwarded, which saves the proxy service fee. Auction listings need to be bid on yourself, because Buy&Ship proxy shopping handles fixed-price listings only. The comparison table below sets out the differences.
Why collectors want this series: Polaroid’s first Pokémon collaboration
This is Polaroid’s first collaboration with Pokémon, and one of the Pokémon 30th-anniversary releases. It was sold as a limited run, with a limit of three of each camera per account on Polaroid’s site. As of 13 October, all three cameras were sold out on the US site, and new units on eBay were generally listed above the original price.

The film is part of the appeal too. Go film comes with Pikachu or Sylveon frames, while the i-Type film features Pikachu and the original starter Pokémon. Every pack includes a darkslide printed with a Pokémon silhouette, and Polaroid US members can collect the silhouettes for an official promotion.
5 Polaroid × Pokémon must-buys, with US official and eBay prices
eBay prices are the asking-price range for new, “Buy It Now” listings located in the US, not sold prices.

1. Polaroid Go Generation 3 – Pikachu Edition
The most popular piece in the series. A fully yellow body with a Pikachu-tail strap; Polaroid calls the Go the world’s smallest analog instant camera. It has a selfie mirror, self-timer and double exposure, and uses Polaroid Go film. It has the most eBay listings, so you have the widest choice of sellers.
Official price US$99.99 (approx. S$128) · sold out
eBay US$135–200 (approx. S$173–256)

2. Polaroid Go Generation 3 – Sylveon Edition
A pink-and-white body with a strap in Sylveon’s ribbon colours, and the same specifications as the Pikachu edition. Its eBay price range is close to the Pikachu edition’s; if you prefer softer colours, it is the easier one to wear every day.
Official price US$99.99 (approx. S$128) · sold out
eBay US$135–225 (approx. S$173–288)

3. Polaroid Now Generation 3 – Poké Ball Edition
The only classic-size camera in the series, in red-and-white Poké Ball colours, with autofocus. It uses i-Type film and produces larger photos than the Go. It is the scarcest of the three on eBay: as of 13 October there were only two new, in-hand units located in the US, and most other listings were presales, so move early if you want one.
Official price US$139.99 (approx. S$179) · sold out
eBay in-hand approx. US$175–180 (approx. S$224–230)

4. Polaroid Go Pokémon Edition film (Pikachu / Sylveon double pack)
16 photos per pack, with Pikachu or Sylveon frames, for Polaroid Go cameras only. The Pikachu pack is sold out on the official site and listed on eBay at about US$30–55 (approx. S$38–70); the Sylveon pack was still in stock on the official site as of 13 October, so you can order it to the US warehouse yourself.
Official price US$24.99 each (approx. S$32)
Sylveon in stock · Pikachu sold out

5. Polaroid i-Type Pokémon Edition film and Poké Ball photo album
The i-Type film has 8 photos per pack, with frames featuring Pikachu and the starter Pokémon, for i-Type cameras such as the Now Gen 3 Poké Ball edition. The Poké Ball-shaped Go album holds Go photos and has a clip ring. Both were in stock on the official site as of 13 October, and are worth ordering together with film.
i-Type film US$22.99 (approx. S$29) · in stock
Go album US$24.99 (approx. S$32) · in stock
*Official prices and stock checked on Polaroid’s US site on 13 October 2026. eBay prices are the asking-price range on the same day for new, “Buy It Now” listings located in the US, excluding bundles and presales; some sellers also charge US domestic shipping. Prices and stock change, so go by what you see when you order. Converted at US$1 ≈ S$1.28, before the proxy service fee and international shipping.
What a Pikachu camera costs, delivered: about S$220 via proxy shopping for a US$150 listing
Taking a new Go Gen 3 Pikachu edition listed at US$150 on eBay, bought through Buy&Ship proxy shopping and delivered to your door with Buy&Ship Shipping, the costs are roughly:
| Item | Cost |
|---|---|
| Item price (eBay listing at US$150) | approx. S$192 |
| US domestic shipping | Depends on the seller; free in this example |
| Proxy service fee (from 6% of the item price) | from approx. S$12 |
| International shipping (approx. 2 lb, Buy&Ship Shipping: S$9 first lb + S$7) | approx. S$16 |
| Estimated total | from approx. S$220 |
Buy&Ship Singapore charges US-warehouse shipments by actual weight. Buy&Ship Shipping costs S$9 for the first pound and S$7 for each additional pound, with home delivery. UPS Shipping is also available, but it adds a per-shipment processing fee on lower-value orders, so Buy&Ship Shipping is usually the better choice for a single camera. Anything under 1 lb is charged as 1 lb. Full details are on the shipping rates page.
Ship the camera and film together: each shipment under 1 lb is charged as 1 lb, so a single pack of film on its own is poor value. Consolidate the camera from eBay with the film and album from Polaroid’s site into one shipment (up to 10 parcels and 20 lb per shipment) and pay on the combined weight. Polaroid’s US site offers free standard US shipping on orders over US$75, and our US warehouse counts as a US address.
Proxy shopping or forwarding: which suits you?
The cameras are now only available on resale platforms such as eBay. Proxy shopping takes care of sellers who ship only within the US and of payment, which makes it the easier route for most readers. The film and album still in stock on Polaroid’s site are better ordered yourself and forwarded.
| Buy&Ship proxy shopping | Self-checkout + forwarding | |
|---|---|---|
| Best for | No eBay account, or would rather not deal with US sellers and payment | Existing eBay account, comfortable shopping overseas |
| Seller ships to US only | We place the order; you don’t need a US address | Use your Buy&Ship US warehouse address |
| Auction listings | Not available; “Buy It Now” listings only | Bid yourself and ship to the US warehouse if you win |
| Payment | Pay through your Buy&Ship account | Pay eBay directly with a method it accepts |
| Cost | Item + proxy service fee (from 6%) + international shipping | Item + international shipping |
If you want both a camera and film, use proxy shopping for the camera on eBay, order the film from Polaroid’s site to the same US warehouse yourself, and consolidate them once both arrive. Further reading: Japanese vs US Pokémon cards: an eBay buying guide.
4 things to check before buying on eBay
1. Match the film to the camera
The Go Gen 3 Pikachu and Sylveon editions take Polaroid Go film only, while the Now Gen 3 Poké Ball edition takes i-Type film. The two formats are different sizes and are not interchangeable, so check your camera model before buying the limited-edition film.
2. Tell in-hand listings from presales
Many eBay listings say “PRESALE” or “Pre-Order” in the title, which means the seller does not have the item yet. Listings that say “In Hand” or “NEW Sealed” and show photos of the actual item are safer. When searching, filter by “Buy It Now”, “New” and “Item Location: US Only”.
3. Compare bundles with camera-only listings
Some listings bundle the camera with film, an album or other accessories at a noticeably higher price. When comparing, check whether the listing is for the camera only before deciding whether the extra is worth it.
4. Check the restricted-items list before shipping
Each overseas warehouse has its own restricted items, and the lists are updated from time to time. Before you order, check the Buy&Ship restricted items page for the US warehouse’s current rules.
Polaroid × Pokémon camera FAQ
Q1: Is there an official way to buy the Polaroid × Pokémon cameras in Singapore?
A: As of 13 October 2026, Polaroid’s Singapore site lists all nine items as “Unavailable in your country”. Polaroid’s press release lists its own site and Pokémon Center in the US, UK and Canada as release channels. All three cameras are sold out on the US site, and eBay currently has the most supply.
Q2: How much more do the cameras cost on eBay?
A: The Go Gen 3 is US$99.99 on Polaroid’s site, while new in-hand units on eBay start at US$135, so the lowest asking price is about 35% higher. The Now Gen 3 Poké Ball edition is US$139.99 officially and about US$175–180 for in-hand units on eBay. As a limited release, prices move with supply.
Q3: Can you bid on auction listings for me?
A: Not at the moment. Buy&Ship proxy shopping handles “Buy It Now” listings only. To bid on an auction, bid on eBay yourself, set your Buy&Ship US warehouse as the delivery address, and have the parcel forwarded.
Q4: Can I ship a camera from eBay and film from Polaroid’s site to Singapore together?
A: Yes. Send both to the Buy&Ship US warehouse and consolidate them into one shipment (up to 10 parcels and 20 lb per shipment); shipping is charged on the combined weight.
