【Service Announcement】Korea Warehouse: Items Reject List Updated

Starting from today, Korea warehouse refuses to receive parcels sold in supermarkets, such as Homeplus and emart, with neither a tracking number nor box packaging. In addition to the above-mentioned types of parcel, our Korea warehouse ONLY receives and signs parcels delivered by courier and rejects any parcels sent by other delivery methods, such as delivering parcels by your friend, family member or in person. Please note that the tracking number on parcels should be provided by your courier. Thank you for your time and attention.

【Service Announcement】Australia Warehouse Bans Export of Protective Equipment

The Australian government has banned the export of protective equipment due to the spread of COVID-19. Therefore, our Australia warehouse will not export any protective equipment, including face masks, gloves, gowns, glasses and goggles, alcohol wipes, hand sanitizers, etc. If you have already placed an order of the above-mentioned goods in Australia, please cancel the order with your seller as soon as possible. Due to the special situation, Buyandship will provide parcel return service for those parcels arriving at our Australia warehouse. In order to facilitate you to arrange the parcel return, parcels can be temporarily stored in the warehouse for one month at most. Please note that any overdue parcels will be discarded. When you return your parcels, you can only return them in whole as parcels can not be split for further processing.   The latest status of warehouses are as follows. Japan Our warehouse is operating as usual. Due to the great reduction of flights, please expect delays on all shipments, especially for those shipments containing food and liquid. The checking-in and checking out for these kinds of shipments will be longer than usual. 🇯🇵 Japan : All sea shipment has arrived in Hong Kong. All shipments that were stored and all shipments received after the 14th of February has been sent directly to our warehouse to be processed as normal.  Processing will take a little longer for the shipments that were stored with Yamato (Black Cat) and with Ketolec as some records of shipments stored were inaccurate. If you have received a delivery status from your seller to say that your shipment was delivered before the 14th of February, please allow us some time to update, due to limited manpower and space, as it will be processed through straight in Hong Kong. Announcement: Restrictions on Shipments Containing Face Masks in Selected Countries

⚠️ Attention to Buyandship members ⚠️ Taiwan, South Korea and Thailand have issued an official embargo on the export of surgical/face masks.  All shipments addressed to or coming from the  Korea or Thailand warehouses containing such items will be automatically rejected by these selected Buyandship overseas warehouses. Shipments en route to our Thailand and South Korea warehouses are required to clearly list its contents to avoid being rejected upon arrival. As such, Buyandship strongly advises customers to liaise with sellers to accurately declare the contents of your purchases to ease the process.
